I also hate how REPUBLICANS have this notion that anything that happened in the past doesn’t matter… War in Iraq? ‘Let’s not talk about the past mistakes, let’s talk about solutions.’ Economy? ‘Let’s not talk about the deregulation of the Bush years… let’s try to ‘fix’ the problem now.’ It’s getting really old to hear these self righteous politicians discuss ‘responsibility’ etc and then in the same breath not stand up for the shit they believe in.

NOW: I do think that those on the far right and left [and those in tight races] at least stood on principle.
